Order
Are the items in stock and do you order before 14:00? Then your order is usually shipped the same day. Are you looking for a solution for a certain project, but unable to figure out the best solution? We are happy to answer questions about our product portfolio via telephone, email and chat. Looking for an item that does not seem to be included in our product range? Feel free to ask about the possibilities. We like to think about all options, so we can work out a suitable solution together, even if it means we have to think outside of our standard portfolio.
Our services
We can also provide demonstrations to end customers together with our partners, or provide technical support on customer site. This includes STI and test measurements or the installation of central equipment at the customer’s location. We can also offer workshops and training for employees who are still relatively unfamiliar with the products. In addition to support, Tau advises you about a future-proof revenue model. We offer the tools to successfully market our audio solutions.
Tau Experience Center
In our new, sustainable office we have created an unique experience center that our partners can use for demonstrations to their customers. There is a welcoming sitting area to discuss projects with your customers and of course they will be able to experience our high-quality portfolio.
