A Unique Project
What makes this case unique is that Wuestman, typically acting as an installer for end customers in projects involving Tau products, was this time the end user. For their own work café, they sought a wireless audio solution that was both functional and seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure without visible speaker cables. This presented Tau with an opportunity to showcase their products in an environment where Wuestman could directly experience the results themselves.
Project Goals and Challenges
Beyond delivering high-quality sound, the solution needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the work café. The objective was to provide clear and evenly distributed audio while avoiding visible cables or complex installations that might detract from the room’s appearance.
In the work café, there was no suspended ceiling, and installing traditional wall or ceiling speakers was not desirable. This made finding a wireless, easily installable system particularly challenging.
Additionally, the solution had to integrate effortlessly with the existing infrastructure. This combination of functional and aesthetic requirements made the project demanding but also offered a great opportunity to demonstrate the advantages of a wireless solution like Spottune.

These wireless speakers were easily mounted onto the existing track lighting rail in the work café, requiring only pairing with the transmitter and attachment to the rail. Installation Process
The installation process was smooth and straightforward. During the project, a minor adjustment was needed to reassign one speaker from Zone 1 to Zone 2. This was accomplished by simply re-pairing the speaker to the correct zone. Thanks to Spottune’s flexibility, this adjustment was quick and hassle-free.
